Target Audience
This course is designed for application architects, developers, QA teams and any technical role looking to incorporate AI automation and intelligent agents into their daily work. The course is tool-agnostic: each participant works with the platform of their choice.

Before taking this course, the following skills are recommended:
- Experience in software development or application architecture
- Basic familiarity with an AI assistant
- No prior knowledge of machine learning or language models is required

- Applied Prompt Engineering — Effective prompting techniques for better results. Patterns for code generation, documentation, review and refactoring
- Automating Everyday Tasks — Code generation and completion. Automatic documentation. Pull request review. Code transformation and test generation
- Workflow Integration — AI in the IDE, terminal and team tools. How to fit AI into your daily workflow without friction
- ? Lab: Hands-on productivity exercises with each participant’s preferred tool: generate code from specifications, document an API, refactor code and generate tests
Day 2 — AI Agents and Advanced Workflows
- What is an AI Agent — Difference between assistant and agent: autonomy, tools and reasoning loop. Agent design patterns. When to use an agent vs. a simple prompt
- Tools and Service Integration — How an agent interacts with APIs, databases and external tools. Connection protocols between agents and services. Designing effective tools for agents
- Frameworks and Platforms — Overview of available options on the market. Criteria for choosing the right tool for each use case
- Use Cases in Daily Work — Project scaffolding generation. Automatic dependency and vulnerability analysis. Automated testing with agents. Internal assistants over team documentation
- Ethics, Risks and Governance — Hallucinations: detection and mitigation. Sensitive data and confidentiality. When NOT to use AI. Responsible use policies for the organisation
- ? Lab: Build a functional agent that solves a real team task: analyse a repository, answer questions about internal documentation, or automate an existing workflow
Day 3 — Deep Dive
- Advanced topics based on team needs — Multi-agent orchestration. Agents with access to internal organisational data. Continuous evaluation and improvement of agents. Deploying and operating agents in production
